I wanted to let you know that my recent interaction with your team was second to none. Both engineers got stuck into the firewall issue with quick diagnostics and onsite visits (all scheduled to accommodate our operations). I just don’t know how you manage to respond at a moment’s notice, in a way that makes it feel like we are your only customer when we need you. Amazing service! Thanks

I just wanted to feedback whilst I remember. Oh my god, our new IT support 🙂 🙂 🙂 it is night and day! The issues I had with over 11250 shortcuts invading my computer, and making it look like I saved everything to my desktop has now been resolved. An issue that for over 9 months the previous did not resolve, although multiple attempts were had to try and get them to! From picking up the phone to the issue being solved, as well as the issue I initially called them with regard, so they did a number of things took less than 30minutes. They also arranged to collect my laptop which they did yesterday at around 3pm, they have cleaned it up resynced it all and they delivered it back to me today before lunchtime!! The last time an urgent job took 6weeks!! I**** who delivered it back also went through everything to check all was working ok, then sorted out the issues I had been having with the authenticator app. All I can say is halleluiah!! 🙂 I have thanked I**** and the other chap I spoke with for giving such a pleasant and efficient service, but I wanted to feedback to you how good they have been. Nice to have positive experiences!
