What Does "End of Support" Mean?
On 14 October 2025, Microsoft will officially end support for Windows 10 Home and Pro editions. After this date, your PC will no longer receive:
- Security updates
- Non-security updates
- Assisted support
While your Windows 10 PC will continue to function, using it without security updates could leave it more vulnerable to viruses, spyware, and other malicious software.
It's highly recommended to plan your transition to a supported version of Windows, suchs as Windows 11, before this date.
